I am a wellness practitioner and mentor with over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have worked in medical, sports and spa settings and have completed over 6,000 wellness sessions with people from all walks of life. I believe that every BODY deserves to be nurtured and I specialize in providing customized bodywork and massage treatments to help my clients find balance and peace in their lives. My services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client session by session. My mission is to provide the highest quality of care and to help my clients reach their wellness goals through holistic approaches to healing and relaxation with treatments that address the mind and body and compliment traditional medicine.

I am an advocate for the body’s ability to heal itself if given the proper tools.
